Apply for a Virtual Table

We are hosting virtual tables in 2024. These will be arranged on a dedicated sponsor page on our website like we did last year and can include:

An image or logo of your choosing
displayed in a square, 240px wide and 240px tall, with a white background
A statement about your mission as relates to MLK Day
A link to a general web page where viewers can learn more (but not a page dedicated to selling goods or services)
If you wish, a contact link so viewers can reach you directly.

There is an application fee of $50 to request a virtual table. This must be paid with a credit or debit card at the time of applying.

TABLE REQUESTS CLOSE JANUARY 12.

Please fill out the form below and we will get back to you. Table requests will be considered based on their relevancy and then in the order received.

The IMF reserves the right to approve or disapprove any application in its sole discretion.

REFUND POLICY:

If your application is disapproved by the IMF, you will receive a full refund of your application fee.
If you cancel your application prior to January 1st, you will receive a full refund of your fee.
If you cancel on January 1st or later, you will NOT receive a refund.
If you do not show up for the event or do not use the table, you will NOT receive a refund.

This will be posted with your image, and we may edit for formatting or clarity if necessary.
