We are accepting applications for a limited number of physical tables at the Gentry Center.
We are also hosting virtual tables on a dedicated sponsor page on our website (learn more).
The fee for a physical table is $200. On or before December 1st, use the promo code EARLY to get a discounted rate of $150.
If you get a physical table, you will receive a complimentary virtual table as well.
TABLE REQUEST DEADLINE: JANUARY 9.
RULES:
- The IMF reserves the right to approve or disapprove any application in its sole discretion.
- Event organizers will assign table space prior to the event. You must use only your assigned spot unless another vendor agrees to trade with you.
- No food or drink vendors are allowed, and no selling is allowed.
- Your table must have something to do with Dr. King’s legacy.
REFUND POLICY:
- If your application is disapproved by the IMF, you will receive a full refund of your application fee.
- If you cancel your application prior to January 1st, you will receive a full refund of your fee.
- If you cancel on January 1st or later, you will NOT receive a refund.
- If you do not show up for the event or do not use the table, you will NOT receive a refund.
